The Platform team is responsible for all backend services including payments, analytics, subscriptions, text-to-speech engines, and external APIs. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust APIs—including the public TTS API and internal systems for payments, subscriptions, authentication, and consumption tracking. You'll oversee the full backend API landscape, optimize for performance and maintainability, and collaborate on B2B solutions tailored to enterprise clients' customization and integration needs.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to align backend architecture with product strategy and user experience. The company operates as a flat organization where technical excellence and consistent delivery create leadership opportunities. Required: backend development experience with TypeScript/Node.js and hands-on GCP experience. Preferred qualifications include AWS/Azure knowledge, Docker, and Kubernetes expertise.
