Lovable is a platform that enables anyone to build software using natural language. The company is experiencing rapid enterprise adoption and is now building the infrastructure to support secure, scalable deployments across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
You'll join a small, high-performing platform engineering team responsible for building the core infrastructure that powers Lovable Enterprise. This is a foundational role with significant ownership over critical systems including cloud architecture, sandboxing, networking, identity management, and secure runtime environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and building enterprise deployment infrastructure across multiple cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Implementing secure sandboxing and runtime environments for enterprise customers
- Developing cloud-agnostic systems that give customers flexibility in how they deploy Lovable
- Building internal platforms that enable engineering teams to ship enterprise features faster
- Working directly with enterprise customers and cloud providers to solve complex infrastructure challenges
- Designing and improving networking, encryption, identity, and enterprise infrastructure capabilities
- Contributing to long-term architecture decisions for Lovable Enterprise
You should have strong backend infrastructure and platform engineering experience, with expertise in at least one major cloud provider. Experience with Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC) deployments, Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, and working in regulated environments is particularly valuable. You'll need strong programming skills in Go, Rust, Java, C++, or similar languages, and broad knowledge of networking, databases, distributed systems, and security.
The tech stack includes Go, Rust, TypeScript, Kubernetes, Terraform, Temporal, PostgreSQL, and various cloud-native tools. This role emphasizes building software that powers infrastructure rather than traditional DevOps work, with a strong product mindset focused on the end users of the systems you build.
