The Platform team is responsible for building and maintaining all backend services including payments, analytics, subscriptions, text-to-speech engines, and external APIs. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining robust APIs that power the product ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and develop public TTS APIs and internal APIs (Payment, Subscription, Auth, Consumption Tracking) meeting business and scalability requirements
- Oversee the full backend API landscape, optimizing for performance and maintainability
- Collaborate on B2B solutions with focus on enterprise customization and integration
- Work cross-functionally to align backend architecture with product strategy and user experience
Required qualifications: proven backend development experience with TypeScript/Node.js, direct GCP experience, and knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers. Preferred: Docker containerization and Kubernetes deployment experience.
