The Partner Engineering team operates at the intersection of Engineering, Product, and Customer teams, delivering cross-functional solutions with exposure to both software engineering and product management. This role focuses on building scalable integration frameworks that connect customer systems with Certa's services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing scalable API integration frameworks (legacy, GraphQL, REST) with reusable components
- Working directly with customers to understand complex use cases and translate them into effective integration solutions
- Creating detailed technical specifications and comprehensive integration documentation
- Optimizing integrations for reliability, performance, and maintainability
Required qualifications:
- Strong background in enterprise system integrations and scalable SaaS product development
- Expert-level knowledge of Python, Django, Django REST Framework, Celery, and PostgreSQL
- Experience with webhooks, event processing, and asynchronous architectures
- AWS and cloud infrastructure expertise, including AWS Serverless Framework
- Strong system design and architecture capabilities with experience testing and debugging distributed systems
- Ability to understand and work with AI service integrations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
Preferred experience includes integrating AI/ML services into production applications, knowledge of common AI integration patterns, and background working with enterprise clients and startups.
