Rubrik is a Security and AI Operations Company focused on data protection, cyber resilience, and enterprise AI acceleration. The AppFlows team is building a new Disaster Recovery as a Service platform that enables organizations to move applications across on-premises and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
As a Software Engineer on the AppFlows team, you will own the design and development of cutting-edge backend solutions for Disaster Recovery as a Service. Your responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing scalable backend solutions for disaster recovery across on-premises and cloud platforms
- Delivering production-quality features with comprehensive unit tests
- Contributing to team culture by setting high standards and collaborating effectively
- Identifying elegant, scalable solutions to complex distributed systems problems
You should have 2-5+ years of product development experience with strong proficiency in Scala, C++, or Java. Backend development experience is valued, and experience with large distributed systems design is preferred. Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure, or VMware technologies is a plus.
