As a Software Engineer on the Measurement & Reporting team, you will develop and extend the systems that thousands of clients use daily to understand how their creator programs perform. This fully remote role, reporting to the Senior Manager of Engineering, sits at the center of how CreatorIQ transforms raw platform data into actionable intelligence.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and extend measurement and reporting systems serving thousands of daily users
- Develop AI-enabled product functionality, including MCP servers that make CreatorIQ's measurement data accessible to AI-driven workflows
- Translate complex analytical requirements into clean SQL and application logic
- Ship changes to large production systems, including production database schema migrations, without disrupting dependent clients
- Apply test-driven development practices, defining testing strategies and building test harnesses for data-heavy systems
- Break down complex data problems into well-scoped, deliverable steps
- Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to move faster without compromising quality
- Communicate complex analytical and technical topics clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong understanding of SQL and analytical logic, including experience with SQL query builders or ORMs
- Proficiency with TypeScript and the Node ecosystem
- Experience making changes to large production systems, including production database schema migrations and production deployments
- Experience building analytical or data aggregation systems
- Test-driven development approach, including defining testing strategies and building test harnesses
- Working knowledge of application architecture and modular design
- Ability to dig into complex logic, frame the right questions, and break problems into steps
- Experience with Docker and CI
- Day-to-day use of AI-assisted coding tools as part of development workflow
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly
- Python and Python data analysis ecosystem experience is a plus
