With ~200 employees globally in a fully distributed setting, Speechify is hiring a Senior iOS Engineer to support rapid growth of its iOS app, currently ranked #18 in the App Store productivity category.
In this role, you will lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS platform, actively ship production code, and work within a dedicated product team to shape the roadmap. You'll maintain and enhance the complex app architecture while participating in product discussions that directly influence the direction of the platform. This is a strategic position ideal for someone who thinks deeply about product, enjoys fast-paced environments, and is passionate about making decisions that delight users.
You should have a proven track record shipping products that scaled to large user bases, from inception through traction. Experience engineering products end-to-end is essential. You must be obsessed with customer experience, think strategically about product evolution, and move quickly to generate and prioritize ideas. Technical expertise in Swift and SwiftUI is required, along with hands-on experience in multithreading, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, SOLID principles, and Git workflows.
