Salary: USD 30,000 - 100,000 / annual

You will join as a Senior iOS Engineer to support the rapid growth of the iOS app, which ranks #18 in the App Store productivity category. This is a key individual contributor role on the core product team, where you'll have the opportunity to lead engineering and product decisions, actively ship production code, and shape the product roadmap alongside designers and product managers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading key engineering and product decisions for the iOS platform
- Actively shipping production code for the Speechify iOS app
- Working within a dedicated product team in a flat organizational structure
- Participating in product discussions to influence roadmap direction
- Maintaining and enhancing the existing complex app architecture
Ideal candidates have:
- Experience building products that scaled to large user bases
- Track record shipping products from inception through traction
- Strong product thinking and customer obsession
- Ability to work quickly and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
- Technical expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, multithreading, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, SOLID principles, and Git
