In this role, you'll lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS app, actively ship production code, work within a dedicated product team, participate in product roadmap discussions, and maintain the complex app architecture. You'll have the opportunity to shape the product direction and work on features that directly impact millions of users with learning differences and accessibility needs.
Ideal candidates have experience scaling products to large user bases, a track record from inception through traction, and strong product thinking. You should be customer-obsessed, work at speed, and know how to balance focus in a fast-paced remote environment. Technical requirements include Swift, SwiftUI, multithreading, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, SOLID principles, and Git expertise.
