This Senior iOS Engineer role is a key position supporting the growth of Speechify's iOS app, currently ranked #18 in the App Store productivity category. You will lead key engineering and product decisions while actively shipping production code for the iOS app. The role involves working within a dedicated product team, participating in product discussions to shape the roadmap, and maintaining/enhancing the complex app architecture.
You'll be responsible for supporting the expanding user base and working on new projects aligned with Speechify's mission to make reading never a barrier to learning. The ideal candidate has experience scaling products to large user bases, a track record of taking products from inception to traction, and strong product thinking skills. You should be customer-obsessed, work at speed in a high-growth environment, and have deep technical expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, multithreading, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, SOLID principles, and Git workflows.
