You will join the iOS team as a Senior iOS Engineer responsible for supporting and scaling the iOS app, which ranks #18 in the App Store's productivity category. This is a key role for someone who thinks strategically, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about product decisions and user experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading key engineering and product decisions
- Actively shipping production code for the Speechify iOS app
- Working within a dedicated product team
- Participating in product discussions to shape the roadmap
- Maintaining and enhancing the existing complex app architecture
Ideal candidates have:
- Experience scaling products to large user bases
- Track record shipping products from inception to traction with engineering ownership
- Deep customer obsession and commitment to best-in-class user experience
- Product thinking and ability to guide design and product direction
- Speed and focus in a high-growth, busy remote environment
- Technical expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, multithreading, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, SOLID principles, and Git
