Salary: USD 140,000 - 200,000 / annual

With 200+ employees globally in a fully distributed setting, Speechify is hiring a Senior iOS Engineer to support growth of its iOS app, which ranks #18 in the App Store productivity category and won Apple's 2025 Design Award for Inclusivity. In this role, you will lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS platform, actively ship production code, work within a dedicated product team, and participate in product discussions to shape the roadmap. You'll maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture while collaborating with designers and internal teams to drive product direction. You should have experience scaling products to large user bases, a track record of taking products from inception to traction, and strong product thinking skills. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, works with speed and focus, and can balance shipping quickly with thoughtful architectural decisions. Technical expertise required includes Swift, SwiftUI, multithreading, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, SOLID principles, and Git workflows.
