You will join a distributed team of ~200 engineers, AI researchers, and product specialists (100% remote, no office) with backgrounds from Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Stanford, Stripe, Vercel, and other high-growth companies.
In this role, you will lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS platform, actively ship production code, work within a dedicated product team, participate in roadmap discussions, and maintain the complex app architecture. You'll have the opportunity to shape the product direction and make a direct impact on millions of users.
Ideal candidates have experience scaling products to large user bases, a track record of shipping products from inception to traction, and strong product thinking. You should be customer-obsessed, work at speed, and know how to balance focus in a fast-paced startup environment.
Technical requirements include Swift, SwiftUI, multithreading, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, SOLID principles, and Git. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, fast execution, excellent communication, and a drive to win.
