With ~200 employees globally in a fully distributed setting, Speechify is hiring a Senior iOS Engineer to support rapid growth of its iOS app, currently the #18 productivity app on the App Store.
In this role, you will actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS app, lead key engineering and product decisions, and participate in shaping the product roadmap alongside a dedicated product team. You'll maintain and enhance the complex app architecture while working in a flat organization where technical excellence and consistent delivery create leadership opportunities.
You should have substantial experience building products that scaled to large user bases, a track record from inception through traction, and strong product thinking skills. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, works with speed and focus, and can balance shipping quickly with thoughtful architectural decisions. Technical requirements include Swift, SwiftUI, multithreading, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, SOLID principles, and Git expertise.
