With ~200 employees globally in a fully distributed setting, Speechify is hiring a Senior iOS Engineer to support the rapidly growing iOS app (currently the #18 productivity app in the App Store) and drive new product initiatives.
In this role, you will lead key engineering and product decisions, actively ship production code for the iOS app, work within a dedicated product team, participate in product discussions to shape the roadmap, and maintain the complex app architecture. You'll have the opportunity to influence strategic technical and product direction in a flat organization where excellent technical skills and consistent delivery create leadership opportunities.
Ideal candidates have experience scaling products to large user bases, a track record of shipping products from inception through traction, and strong product thinking. You should be customer-obsessed, work at speed, and know how to balance focus in a high-growth remote environment. Technical requirements include Swift, SwiftUI, multithreading programming, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, SOLID principles, and Git expertise.
