This Senior iOS Engineer role is a key position on the core product team, responsible for supporting the expanding user base and developing new features to advance the company's mission of making reading accessible to all.
You will lead key engineering and product decisions, actively ship production code for the iOS app, work within a dedicated product team, participate in product discussions to shape the roadmap, and maintain the complex app architecture. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, fast execution, and product-minded decision-making.
Ideal candidates have experience scaling products to large user bases, a track record of shipping products from inception through traction, and strong product thinking skills. You should be customer-obsessed, focused on speed and execution, and capable of working effectively in a high-growth, asynchronous remote environment. Technical requirements include Swift, SwiftUI, multithreading programming, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, SOLID principles, and Git expertise.
