With 200+ employees globally in a fully distributed setting, Speechify is hiring a Senior iOS Engineer to support rapid growth of its iOS app, currently ranked #18 in the App Store productivity category.
In this role, you will lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS platform, actively ship production code, and work within a dedicated product team to shape the roadmap. You'll maintain and enhance the complex app architecture while participating in strategic product discussions. This is ideal for someone who thinks strategically, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about making product decisions that delight users.
You should have experience scaling products to large user bases, a track record of taking products from inception to traction, and strong product thinking skills. Technical expertise required includes Swift, SwiftUI, multithreading, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, SOLID principles, and Git workflows. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, works with speed and focus, and communicates clearly in a high-growth, asynchronous remote environment.
