This Senior iOS Engineer role is critical to supporting the expanding user base and building new features that advance the company's mission of removing reading barriers for learning. You will lead key engineering and product decisions, actively ship production code for the iOS app, work within a dedicated product team, participate in product discussions to shape the roadmap, and maintain/enhance the complex app architecture. The role offers the opportunity to think strategically, influence product direction, and work in a fast-paced environment where technical excellence and shipping speed are valued. Ideal candidates have experience scaling products to large user bases, a track record of taking products from inception to traction, and strong product thinking skills. You should be customer-obsessed, focused, and able to work effectively in a distributed, asynchronous environment. Technical requirements include Swift, SwiftUI, multithreading, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, SOLID principles, and Git expertise.
