With 200 employees globally in a fully distributed setting, Speechify is hiring a Senior iOS Engineer to support rapid growth of its iOS app, now the #18 productivity app in the App Store.
In this role, you will lead key engineering and product decisions while actively shipping production code for the iOS app. You'll work within a dedicated product team, participate in roadmap discussions, and maintain the complex app architecture. The position offers significant influence over product direction and the opportunity to shape the technical strategy of a high-impact accessibility product.
You should have extensive experience scaling products to large user bases, a track record of shipping products from inception through traction, and strong product thinking skills. Technical expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, multithreading, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, SOLID principles, and Git is required. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, works with speed and focus, and thrives in fast-paced, remote environments.
