With ~200 employees globally in a fully distributed setting, Speechify is hiring a Senior iOS Engineer to support rapid growth of its iOS app, currently the #18 productivity app on the App Store.
In this role, you will lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS platform, actively ship production code, work within a dedicated product team, and participate in shaping the product roadmap. You'll maintain and enhance the complex app architecture while collaborating with designers and internal teams on strategic product direction.
Ideal candidates have experience scaling products to large user bases, a track record shipping products from inception through traction, and strong product thinking. You should be customer-obsessed, work with speed and focus, and excel in a fast-paced, asynchronous remote environment. Technical expertise required includes Swift, SwiftUI, multithreading, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, SOLID principles, and Git workflows.
