This Senior iOS Engineer role is critical as Speechify's iOS app has grown to become the #18 productivity app in the App Store. You will lead key engineering and product decisions while actively shipping production code for the iOS app. Your responsibilities include working within a dedicated product team, participating in product discussions to shape the roadmap, and maintaining/enhancing the complex app architecture.
The ideal candidate has experience scaling products to large user bases, a track record of taking products from inception to traction, and strong product thinking skills. You should be customer-obsessed, focused on delivering exceptional user experiences, and capable of working quickly in a high-growth startup environment. Technical expertise required includes Swift, SwiftUI, multithreading programming, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, SOLID principles, and Git workflows.
