The iOS app is now the #18 productivity app in the App Store, and the company is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to support the growing user base and lead new product initiatives. This is a key role in a flat organization where technical excellence and consistent delivery create leadership opportunities.
You will actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS app, lead key engineering and product decisions, work within a dedicated product team, participate in product discussions to shape the roadmap, and maintain the complex app architecture. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, fast-paced execution, and a passion for product decisions that delight users.
Ideal candidates have experience scaling products to large user bases, a track record of taking products from inception to traction, and strong product thinking. You should be customer-obsessed, work with speed and focus, and have deep technical expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, multithreading, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, SOLID principles, and Git workflows.
