You'll join as a Senior iOS Engineer to support the expanding user base and develop new features that advance the company's mission of removing reading barriers. This is a key role for someone who thinks strategically, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about product decisions and delightful user experiences.
Responsibilities include leading key engineering and product decisions, actively shipping production code for the iOS app, working within a dedicated product team, participating in product discussions to shape the roadmap, and maintaining the complex app architecture.
Ideal candidates have experience scaling products to large user bases, a track record of taking products from inception to traction, and strong product thinking. You should be customer-obsessed, work at speed, and know how to balance focus in a high-growth remote environment.
Technical requirements: Swift and SwiftUI expertise, multithreading programming, CI/CD infrastructure experience, Fastlane, SOLID principles, and Git proficiency. You'll work on a product that directly impacts millions of users, including people with dyslexia, ADD, low vision, autism, and other learning differences.
