Salary: USD 30,000 - 120,000 / annual

You will join the iOS team as a Senior iOS Engineer responsible for supporting the rapidly growing iOS app (currently ranked #18 in the App Store productivity category). This is a key role for someone who thinks strategically, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about product decisions and delightful user experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading key engineering and product decisions
- Actively shipping production code for the Speechify iOS app
- Working within a dedicated product team
- Participating in product discussions to shape the roadmap
- Maintaining and enhancing the complex app architecture
Ideal candidates have:
- Experience scaling products to large user bases
- Track record shipping products from inception to traction with engineering ownership
- Deep customer obsession and commitment to best-in-class experiences
- Strong product thinking and ability to guide design and strategy decisions
- Ability to move quickly, prioritize ruthlessly, and know what ships now vs. later
- Technical expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, multithreading, CI/CD, Fastlane, SOLID principles, and Git
