The iOS app is now the #18 productivity app in the App Store, and the company is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to support the growing user base and lead new product initiatives. This is a key role ideal for someone who thinks strategically, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about making product decisions that delight users.
In this role, you will actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS app, lead key engineering and product decisions, work within a dedicated product team, participate in product discussions to shape the roadmap, and maintain the complex app architecture. You'll have the opportunity to influence product direction and work on features that directly impact millions of users.
The ideal candidate has experience scaling products to large user bases, a track record of shipping products from inception through traction, and strong product thinking skills. You should be customer-obsessed, work at speed, and know how to balance focus in a high-growth remote environment. Technical requirements include Swift, SwiftUI, multithreading, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, SOLID principles, and Git expertise.
