Salary: USD 140,000 - 200,000 / annual

You'll join a 100% distributed team of ~200 people globally, including engineers from Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Stanford PhD researchers, and founders. The company has no physical office.
In this role, you'll lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS app while actively shipping production code. You'll work within a dedicated product team, participate in product discussions to shape the roadmap, and maintain the complex app architecture. This is a strategic position ideal for someone who thinks deeply about product, enjoys fast-paced environments, and is passionate about making decisions that delight users.
You'll need strong Swift and SwiftUI expertise, experience with multithreading, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, SOLID principles, and Git workflows. The ideal candidate has shipped products that scaled to large user bases, worked on products from inception through traction, and demonstrates customer obsession and product thinking. You should work quickly, know how to prioritize what ships now versus what needs time, and excel in a high-growth, asynchronous remote environment.
