You will join as a Senior iOS Engineer to support the growing user base and develop new features that advance the company's mission of removing reading barriers. This is a key individual contributor role in a flat organization where technical excellence and consistent delivery lead to leadership opportunities.
Responsibilities include shipping production code for the iOS app, leading engineering and product decisions, maintaining complex app architecture, participating in product roadmap discussions, and collaborating with a dedicated product team. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where speed, customer obsession, and product thinking are valued.
Required technical skills: Swift, SwiftUI, multithreading, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, SOLID principles, and Git. You should have a track record of shipping products from inception to scale, experience supporting large user bases, and the ability to make thoughtful product evolution decisions. The ideal candidate combines technical depth with product intuition, works quickly to prioritize what ships now versus later, and thrives in asynchronous remote settings.
