You will join as a Senior iOS Engineer to support the rapidly growing iOS app (currently the #18 productivity app in the App Store) and lead new product initiatives. This is a key role in a flat organization where technical excellence and consistent delivery create pathways to leadership.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading key engineering and product decisions for the iOS platform
- Actively shipping production code for the Speechify iOS app
- Working within a dedicated product team on core features
- Participating in product discussions to shape the roadmap
- Maintaining and enhancing the complex app architecture
You should have a track record of shipping products at scale, from inception through significant traction. Experience building products that serve millions of users is essential. You combine customer obsession with product thinking—making thoughtful decisions about product evolution while supporting designers and internal teams. You work quickly, know how to prioritize what ships now versus what needs time, and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Technical requirements include:
- Swift and SwiftUI expertise
- Multithreading programming experience
- CI/CD infrastructure and Fastlane experience
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles
- Git proficiency and knowledge of Git strategies
