With 200 employees globally in a fully distributed setting, Speechify is hiring a Senior iOS Engineer to support rapid growth of its iOS app, currently the #18 productivity app in the App Store.
In this role, you will lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS platform, actively ship production code, work within a dedicated product team, and participate in product discussions that shape the roadmap. You'll maintain and enhance the complex app architecture while collaborating with designers and internal teams to drive product direction.
You should have a track record of shipping products from inception to scale, experience building for large user bases, and a demonstrated ability to think strategically about product evolution. Strong technical skills in Swift and SwiftUI are essential, along with experience in multithreading, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, SOLID principles, and Git workflows. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, works with speed and focus, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
