Salary: USD 140,000 - 200,000 / annual

You will join a 200-person fully distributed team (no office) comprising engineers from Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Stanford PhD programs, and founders of high-growth startups. This is a key senior role focused on supporting the rapidly growing iOS user base and shipping new features to advance the company's mission of making reading accessible to all.
Responsibilities include leading key engineering and product decisions, actively shipping production code for the iOS app, working within a dedicated product team, participating in product discussions to shape the roadmap, and maintaining the complex app architecture. You'll have the opportunity to influence product direction and work on features that directly impact millions of users, many of whom have learning differences like dyslexia, ADD, low vision, and autism.
Ideal candidates have experience scaling products to large user bases, a track record from inception through traction, obsessive focus on customer experience, strong product thinking, and the ability to move quickly in a high-growth startup environment. Technical requirements include Swift, SwiftUI, multithreading, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, SOLID principles, and Git expertise.
