The iOS app is now the #18 productivity app in the App Store and experiencing significant growth. We are seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to support this expanding user base and lead new product initiatives that advance our mission to make reading never a barrier to learning.
In this role, you will actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS app, lead key engineering and product decisions, work within a dedicated product team, and participate in product discussions to shape the roadmap. You'll maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture while thinking strategically about product evolution.
You should have a track record of working on products that scaled to large user bases, from inception through traction. You demonstrate customer obsession, strong product thinking, and the ability to move quickly while maintaining focus in a fast-paced, remote environment. You're comfortable with Swift and SwiftUI, multithreading, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, SOLID principles, and Git workflows.
