Inspectorio is an AI-powered supply chain platform used by over 12,000 customers globally, including major brands and retailers. The platform optimizes performance, builds resilience, and provides intelligence across production chains by digitizing and connecting supply chain processes.
As a Software Engineer III, you will work with cross-functional teams including product owners, designers, and QA engineers to conceptualize, develop, and deploy software features that meet customer needs. Your initial focus will be on core platform functionalities such as Organization & User Management, Authentication & Authorization, and Billing & Subscription Management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Python frameworks such as Django and FastAPI
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Work closely with Customer Support and QA teams to investigate and resolve customer-reported incidents, bugs, and requests in a timely manner
- Utilize AI agents and AI workflows to streamline development tasks and routine operations, from ideation through feature development and root cause analysis
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in code quality and system design
