Minimum qualifications include 2-3 years of experience following a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Required skills: full-stack web development with proficiency in modern backend languages (Java, C#, Go, Python) and relational databases; strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms); data-driven approach using operational metrics and experiments; fluency coding with AI tools like Cursor or Claude; ability to operate effectively in global teams. Exposure to AWS, React, or NoSQL databases is valued but not required. The company values curiosity, creative problem-solving, and engineers from diverse technical backgrounds.
