You'll turn ambiguous problems into shipped features and own how they get built. You'll need 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong back-end skills in Go, Python, or comparable languages. A solid background in databases, data modeling, and schema design is required. You should be comfortable taking open-ended problems, driving them to clarity, and shipping solutions to production. The company offers competitive salary and meaningful equity, flexible vacation and work-from-home days, a well-stocked office in NYC's Financial District, and comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, and 401k heavily subsidized by Teleskope.
