You'll join the Protect Engineering team as a Front-End Developer, working at the intersection of design and engineering to build polished, scalable interfaces for complex security workflows. The role emphasizes treating front-end as a serious engineering discipline, with a focus on accessibility, performance, and responsive design.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining front-end experiences across multiple products and tech stacks
- Translating design intent into accessible, responsive, and performant UI
- Contributing to the design system and React component library
- Collaborating with designers, product managers, and back-end engineers
- Identifying and resolving cross-browser compatibility and performance issues
Required qualifications:
- 4-6 years of front-end engineering experience in a product environment
- Deep expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with React
- Experience with component libraries or design systems
- Strong understanding of web accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design principles
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in cross-functional collaboration
