As a Software Engineer II on the Delivery team, you will independently develop, maintain, and deliver moderate-complexity projects that power the message delivery pipeline—the critical infrastructure ensuring messages reach end users on time. You'll work closely with Product, Design, Infrastructure, and SRE teams to build next-generation marketing solutions on a massively scalable platform.
Key responsibilities include: executing core work with minimal guidance while maintaining high quality; breaking down projects into milestones and providing accurate estimates; architecting solutions for a platform serving millions of users; collaborating across frontend, backend, product, and design to build new features; writing well-structured, maintainable, tested code; diagnosing and fixing complex bugs; providing in-depth code reviews; identifying scalability issues and working with the Architecture Support Group; actively unblocking teammates; and participating in recruiting.
You are recognized as a subject matter expert in your focus area, consistently deliver high-quality work on time, and take ownership of the full lifecycle of your code from design through production monitoring.
