6sense is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (IC3) to join its Bengaluru office. The role focuses on building and shipping full-stack features using React and Python, with a primary frontend orientation but flexibility to work on backend as needed.
You will implement and run experiments (A/B tests) to validate hypotheses and optimize user flows, consume and design APIs with attention to performance and reliability, and actively participate in code reviews to maintain code quality. You'll interact with product teams and other stakeholders to implement features, and mentor junior developers on best coding practices and processes.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer in tech-based companies, preferably startups
- Proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, and CSS3
- Proficiency in Redux and Redux Saga
- Familiarity with frontend architecture patterns and design systems
- Experience in Python and its ecosystem (must-have)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git)
- Ability to work with complex business flows and large data volumes
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and secure coding techniques
- Comprehensive understanding of Computer Science concepts including object-oriented design, multi-threaded architecture, data structures, algorithms, and cybersecurity
- Ability to write quality, modular, maintainable, secure, and testable code
