Preferred skills include Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, SQL, GraphQL APIs, event-driven architecture with Kafka, and ElasticSearch/OpenSearch. Experience with AI-driven UX, agents, and workflow automation is valued. You should thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, have experience working with customers to improve product experiences, and be comfortable shipping features end-to-end.
