Ramp is building intelligent financial infrastructure for enterprise finance teams, automating how over $200B in annualized spend flows through 70,000+ companies. The company handles payment authorization, risk flagging, spend categorization, and financial close processes at scale. As a Software Engineer on the GTM Platform team, you will own end-to-end software development for Ramp's go-to-market organization. Your primary focus is building the tools, systems, and AI-powered workflows that enable Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success teams to effectively demonstrate Ramp's capabilities to prospects and customers. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and maintain demo environments and customer sandbox infrastructure that showcase Ramp's product in realistic, repeatable, and compelling ways - Build AI-powered internal workflows and agents that reduce manual work, accelerate deal cycles, and help GTM teams solve customer-specific challenges - Own software projects end-to-end: from understanding pain points and defining requirements through shipping reliable, polished tools - Partner closely with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Account Management, and core product engineering teams to translate field feedback into scalable platform improvements - Make thoughtful engineering tradeoffs between one-off enablement needs and reusable platform investments, maximizing the leverage of your work across the GTM organization You'll work at the intersection of product engineering and revenue generation, directly shaping how the world experiences Ramp. The role requires strong collaboration skills, genuine empathy for internal users (especially customer-facing teams), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-agency environment where you own problems end-to-end and make consequential decisions.
