You will own meaningful product slices end to end, from user experience and frontend implementation to backend APIs, integrations, data models, instrumentation, and launch readiness. This role combines product craft, applied AI, reliable systems, and thoughtful operational design. You'll build the infrastructure and user experiences behind high-impact GTM workflows, including customer context, prioritization, routing, campaign execution, review surfaces, feedback loops, and measurement.
Key responsibilities include building AI-powered products and workflows that help sales and B2B marketing teams identify opportunities, coordinate work, and engage customers more effectively. You'll own full-stack product experiences from prototype through launch, instrumentation, iteration, and production hardening. You'll design intuitive user journeys combining polished interfaces, reliable services, structured data, and practical AI capabilities. You'll create product surfaces that help humans review, supervise, and improve automated or AI-assisted workflows.
You'll build reliable frontend applications, backend services, APIs, and integrations with internal tools and business systems. You'll use telemetry, qualitative feedback, and product metrics to understand adoption, friction, quality, and business impact. You'll partner closely with Product, Design, Data Science, Sales, B2B Marketing, operations, and other GTM stakeholders to translate ambiguous customer and operational problems into clear product requirements, pragmatic technical decisions, and working software.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience as a software, product, or full-stack engineer building high-quality, user-facing products. You should have strong frontend or full-stack engineering skills with comfort across modern web applications, APIs, data models, and stateful user experiences. Strong product judgment and a track record of turning ambiguous ideas into shipped, useful products is essential. Experience in 0-to-1 or fast-moving environments where user needs, product shape, and success metrics are still evolving is valuable. You should be excited about applying AI thoughtfully to real workflows and building products that help people do better work, with a high bar for UX quality, interaction details, accessibility, reliability, and user empathy.
