You will join the Activation team as a Software Engineer focused on Growth. Your primary responsibilities include driving understanding of core user flows and funnels, designing and implementing experiments to increase product adoption and conversion from hobby to pro users, and investigating causes of user churn to address pain points.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand primary user funnels and conversion paths
- Design experiments to drive product adoption and increase hobby-to-pro conversion rates
- Investigate root causes of user churn and implement solutions
- Work with data to inform product decisions
You bring 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience with strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go and modern frontend development tools. You're comfortable working toward defined goals with clear execution paths and are data-driven in your approach. Experience with growth teams and experimentation frameworks is a plus.
The role is hybrid with in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday for those within commuting distance of SF, NYC, London, or Berlin offices. Those beyond commuting distance can work fully remote.
