Hilbert is building an AI-powered platform that transforms enterprise growth strategy. The company's mission is to compress months of strategic work into minutes through intelligent automation, but with a critical difference: the AI engine is wrapped in an interactive, human-centered interface rather than a black box. As a Software Engineer (Full-Stack / Product), you will architect and build the Hilbert Portal—the primary interface through which Fortune 10 leaders interact with the AI engine. This is not a typical SaaS dashboard role; you're designing the "cockpit" for autonomous growth, handling the unique challenges of building UI for AI agents: long-running asynchronous tasks, streaming reasoning loops, multi-turn conversations, and enterprise-grade security. Key responsibilities include: - Architecting the end-to-end experience of human-AI collaboration, from backend logic of the Agentic Conversation Engine to sub-second React/ClickHouse analytics - Designing "Enterprise-Chameleon" systems where authentication methods (SAML, OAuth) and databases can be swapped based on deployment context (cloud vs. private infrastructure) - Building state management and backend services that make non-deterministic AI interactions feel snappy and reliable - Moving from concept to production-ready service in weeks using Nx Monorepo and shared library architecture - Creating internal tooling and admin panels ("Mission Control") for AI/ML teams to monitor, tweak, and debug models in real-time - Partnering with Product Managers and ML Engineers to bridge model outputs and user actions The core stack is TypeScript, Node.js (Express), React, and MongoDB, but you'll be expected to move fluidly across the full stack—self-hosting infrastructure, deploying services, and containerizing with Kubernetes as needed. You thrive in ambiguity, care deeply about product impact, and are energized by building systems rather than just writing code. Experience with LLM-powered interfaces, monorepo architecture (Nx), internal tooling, and SOC2-compliant security is a plus.
