As a Software Engineer (Full Stack), you will be a seasoned engineer with strong full-stack application development experience. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and peer engineers to deliver well-scoped product features. Key responsibilities include communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Customer Success teams, advocating for and practicing test-driven development (TDD) to ensure high-quality, reliable software delivery, and maintaining strong English communication skills both verbally and in writing. You bring 3 to 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with proficiency in one or more languages: Ruby on Rails, Python, Java, PHP, or JavaScript. You have a strong foundation in programming principles and design patterns, experience building scalable systems with test-driven CI/CD practices, and a commitment to quality software development. You're experienced with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and understand the decision-making process between them. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS is expected. This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring 1 to 2 days per week in-office to support close cross-functional collaboration.
