Salary: USD 110,000 - 135,000 / annual

As a Software Engineer (Full-Stack), you will design, develop, and optimize digital healthcare solutions across multiple platforms. You'll work on both frontend and backend systems, ensuring scalable, high-performance software while leading technical initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building modern, responsive web applications using React and Next.js for internal and external users
- Developing reusable frontend components and translating UX/UI designs into production-ready features
- Designing and building scalable APIs and backend services in Python to support web applications, data workflows, and AI functionality
- Integrating and enhancing LLM and AI-powered workflows, including prompt engineering and model integrations
- Writing clean, maintainable, well-tested code and participating in code reviews
- Improving application performance, reliability, and scalability through testing, monitoring, and optimization
- Contributing to CI/CD, cloud-native deployments, and observability practices
- Taking ownership of features from development through deployment
Required experience: 2+ years building production applications with strong frontend expertise in Next.js, React, or similar modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks. Backend API development experience (ideally Python; Node.js is a plus). Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills, responsive UI development, and component-based architecture knowledge. Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI model integrations in production. Proficiency with RESTful APIs, SQL databases, and full-stack architecture. Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus CI/CD and containerization. Healthcare or HIPAA experience is a plus.
