As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will deliver features end-to-end with minimal supervision, solving moderately complex technical problems across frontend and backend systems. You'll develop a strong understanding of core system components and contribute to enhancements across services. The role involves hands-on problem-solving with TypeScript or Python, React, Node.js, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Key responsibilities include shipping well-structured features that meet business requirements, participating actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to junior engineers, and mentoring through pairing and reviews. You'll develop a customer-centric mindset by understanding user needs and ensuring features contribute meaningfully to workflows. The role offers exposure to AI-powered feature development and event-driven systems.
You should have 5+ years delivering scalable SaaS products with microservice architecture and RESTful services. Strong proficiency in TypeScript or Python is required, with genuine commitment to becoming proficient in both. Experience with React, HTML, CSS, Node.js, Docker, PostgreSQL, and cloud services is essential. Preferred experience includes UV, Vite, Redis, Express, Inversify, and exposure to message queues or event-driven systems.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, comfortable in fast-moving startup environments where requirements change, and willing to learn new technologies. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required. Awareness of AI/LLM concepts, Microsoft Office Add-in development, or clinical trials/regulated healthcare domain is a plus.
