Salary: USD 130,000 - 175,000 / annual

The product is cleared for use in the US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Canada, and has been used for more than 750,000 patients worldwide.
We are seeking a Frontend Software Engineer to create advanced web applications that revolutionize healthcare. You will play a key role in shaping web-based solutions for healthcare professionals, driving technical vision and architectural decisions, mentoring other engineers, and contributing to technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop end-to-end customer-facing interactive web applications with independent ownership of design, development, testing, and maintenance
- Make data-driven decisions and practice creative problem-solving
- Collaborate closely with API teams, Product, QA, and UI/UX to ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality
- Implement and maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and user experience; build for scalability, observability, and security
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations for medical software, including documentation, quality assurance processes, and adherence to regulatory standards
- Contribute to a culture of innovation, best practices, and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience in software development at a software company
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies (Vue.js, JavaScript, React, Angular)
- Demonstrated experience building and deploying large-scale, customer-facing web applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues
- Proven track record of successful collaboration with product management and design teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools
- Strong understanding of web security best practices
- Experience with DevOps best practices (e.g., CI/CD pipelines)
- Experience with or willingness to learn about FDA regulations and compliance requirements for medical software
How You Stand Out:
- Hands-on experience with Vue.js and its ecosystem (highly desired)
- Proficiency in AWS services
- Previous experience working with FDA-regulated products or in another highly regulated industry
- Familiarity with medical imaging products or healthcare technologies
