As a Software Engineer, you will design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and internal tools used in production environments. You'll analyze user needs and product requirements to implement solutions that meet functional and technical specifications. Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining front-end and back-end components, designing user interfaces for task-driven and workflow-based applications, and collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to review requirements and deliver features.
You'll modify existing software to correct errors, improve performance, and enhance usability, while performing debugging, testing, and validation to ensure systems operate reliably. The role requires experience with AI-assisted coding tools in production environments, front-end development using React and TypeScript, and designing user interfaces for complex workflows. You should have experience building production-grade software systems, integrating front-end applications with back-end services or APIs, using version control systems like Git, and applying algorithms and data structures to production systems. Strong debugging, testing, and optimization skills are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least two years of experience as a Software Engineer or related role are required. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with the option to work from home.
