Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. The Factory Systems organization owns the physical-to-digital interface of manufacturing operations, powering Anduril's next-generation manufacturing ecosystem through endpoints, software, and infrastructure.
You will join a fast-paced team developing a foundational software test platform used to systematically test Anduril's products and create analytics to improve development processes. This role focuses on championing automation to reduce operator time and instruction complexity through parallel execution, data acquisition, and automated deployment tools. You'll solve complex, multi-platform problems spanning software and hardware integration, working alongside talented engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop elegant platform solutions integrating edge and cloud systems in a startup-like environment
- Write high-quality, performant, scalable, and reliable code
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement
- Provide technical support for platform users and troubleshoot issues
- Develop deep expertise in portions of the technology stack
- Work with a high-functioning team focused on business-critical projects
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; 3+ years of software development experience; proficiency in .NET (C#/ASP.NET/.Net Core) for RESTful backend services; experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms; Docker and Kubernetes containerization; relational (SQLite, SQL Server) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, Redis) databases; U.S. citizenship (export control requirement).
Preferred: hyper-growth startup experience; edge-to-cloud communication and messaging protocols; CPython internals and embedding in .NET; frontier AI tooling and AI-enabled development workflows.
