Mistral is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Enterprise Agents team, working on internal tools and systems that power the company's operations. You will design and build integrations, connectors, and workflows across critical business systems including CRM, billing, HRIS, and planning tools. This is a full-stack role spanning backend services, APIs, frontend interfaces, and dashboards. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining integrations across internal systems; designing reliable, maintainable, and scalable software; shipping end-to-end features from backend to frontend; collaborating with stakeholders across finance, operations, and engineering to translate business needs into software solutions; creating self-service tools and dashboards that reduce manual work and improve decision-making; contributing to engineering standards and documentation; and working collaboratively in a fast-moving environment. You should have strong full-stack engineering experience with modern languages and frameworks such as Python, TypeScript, and React. You need comfort building web applications end-to-end, from data models and APIs to user-facing interfaces. Prior experience shipping internal systems, integrations, connectors, dashboards, or workflow automation tools is essential. You should demonstrate strong technical judgment around trade-offs, maintainability, reliability, and delivery speed; ability to work with ambiguity and break down complex problems; strong communication skills; and a team-spirited, autonomous approach motivated by building tools that help others. Ideal candidates will have experience with LLMs or agentic workflows, exposure to market-leading SaaS business systems like Salesforce or Atlassian, familiarity with infrastructure tools like Docker, CI/CD, and Kubernetes, and experience working on internal tooling or operational platforms. Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions from frontier models to developer tools and applications. The company partners with enterprises across finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector to co-create customized AI systems. Teams are distributed across Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East. The position is based in the Paris HQ with an expectation of at least 3 days per week in office, with flexibility based on manager discretion and context.
