Salary: Mixed (PLN, EUR) 31,100 - 133,000 / monthly/annual

Revolut is a global fintech super app serving 75+ million customers with products spanning spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel. The company is scaling rapidly across multiple markets and geographies. You'll join the Site Reliability team within the Technology organization, which builds the infrastructure and systems powering Revolut's platform. This is a hands-on DevOps engineering role focused on building scalable infrastructure from scratch to support entry into new markets and 10x growth. Key responsibilities include: - Designing and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD solutions across multi-cloud (GCP, AWS) and on-premise environments - Architecting multi-cloud regional failover, disaster recovery planning, and self-service business continuity processes to ensure mission-critical reliability - Building bespoke third-party connectivity solutions to handle high-volume, complex integrations - Creating and maintaining security-focused infrastructure, automating patching, ensuring audit readiness, and supporting regulatory compliance - Implementing and managing database services (Postgres, Redis) across cloud and hybrid footprints - Working independently and cross-functionally to design end-to-end scalable solutions Required qualifications: - Strong hands-on software engineering background with backend development experience - Proficiency with Linux, Docker, and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) - Deep understanding of distributed systems (scaling, fault-tolerance, load-balancing, networking, security) - Experience with continuous delivery tools (Jenkins, TeamCity, Kubernetes) - Expertise in configuration management and infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform) - Knowledge of relational databases (Postgres, MySQL) - Ability to work independently across internal teams and external partners Nice-to-have skills include monitoring solutions (NewRelic, StackDriver, Prometheus) and experience with on-premise/hybrid environments using tools like KubeVirt. Compensation varies by location: Krakow/Poland PLN 31,100–44,100 gross monthly; Vilnius/Lithuania €5,800–8,800 gross monthly; Austria €90,900–133,000 gross annually. Other locations discussed during interviews.
